Ingredients

  • 2 Oranges (one orange for decoration and one and a half oranges for juice to put in the pudding)
  • 3 Apples
  • 1 Banana for decoration
  • Flaxseed ground 5 tablespoon
  • Walnuts 50gr
  • Cinnamon 1 tea spoon
  • 300 ml water

 

 How to prepare a pudding recipe

Peel the skin from the apples and cut the apples into smaller pieces.

Peel the banana and chop it into smaller pieces

Cut one orange on half and pill one half of it.

Cut it on small peaces.  Squeeze the juice from 1 1/2 oranges

Chop the walnuts into small pieces

With this, the preparation phase of the recipe is finished.

Cook  for another 5 minutes on medium heat

Take two oranges and cut them into two parts.

Then squeeze the oranges into a juicer.

Put the orange juice in the pudding mixture and continue to cook.

Continue kneading the mixture .

The pudding is finished cooking when it is sufficiently thick.

Leave the pudding mixture to cool.
