Depending on the age, so much sleep is needed. But for a good sleep, you need to fall asleep within 30 minutes, not to wake up at night and to sleep at least 85% of the total time spent in bed.

How much sleep do we need (approximately)?
Newborns (0-3 months) – 14 to 17 hours,
Babies (4-11 months) – 12 to 15 hours,
Small children (1-2 years) – 11 to 14 hours,
Preschool children (3-5 years) – 10 to 13 hours,
School children (6-13 years) – 9 to 11 hours,
Teenagers (14-17 years old) – 8 to 10 hours,
Younger adults (18-25 years) – 7 to 9 hours,
Adults (26-64) – 7 to 9 hours,
Elderly people (over 65) – 7 to 8 hours.
Why is insomnia a problem?
Long-lasting insomnia problems can cause various health problems, such as more frequent cases of depression, but also with anxiety, increased anger, anger, irritability, and the like. Long-term insomnia means an increased risk of chronic diseases (heart disease and cardiovascular disease and an increased incidence of certain types of cancer), a tendency to excess weight, and premature aging.
